Returns & Refunds — Driftwood Atelier

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. We keep things simple by splitting returns into two categories.

Category A — Our Fault

If we made a mistake, we'll fix it fast.

This includes:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • There is a clear quality defect

What happens next:

  • Email us at driftwoodateliers@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo
  • Once verified, we'll offer you a full refund or a free replacement — your choice
  • You do not need to return the item

We handle these same day wherever possible. No back and forth.

Category B — Sizing & Preference

 

If it's not quite right, we've got you — just not with a cash refund.

This includes:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Fit not as expected
  • Change of mind

What we offer:

  • Full store credit with no expiry

Conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags still attached
  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Return shipping is your responsibility
  • Any item showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted and will be sent back to you

Before you order — all measurements are listed in centimetres on every product page. If you're between sizes on any of our denim, size up. Our pieces are cut slim.

How to Start a Return

All returns begin with an email to driftwoodateliers@gmail.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item

We cannot process any request without a photo. Do not send items back without contacting us first — we'll provide the correct return address once your request is approved. Unrequested returns will not be eligible for store credit.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items returned without original tags attached
  • Items sent back without prior written approval from our team
  • Sale items marked as final sale at time of purchase

Timeframes

  • 14 days from delivery to contact us
  • Category A resolved within 1–3 business days of photo verification
  • Store credit issued within 1–2 business days of receiving your return
  • Card refunds may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank
