Please include your order number and clear photos of the item.
Category A — Order Issues
If we made an error or there is a confirmed product issue, we will review your request.
This includes:
- Wrong item received
- Wrong size or variant sent by us according to the order confirmation
- Item arrived damaged
- Confirmed defects that materially affect the function or usability of the product
After review, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, refund, or another resolution depending on the situation.
Category B — Size & Preference
If the correct item was delivered according to your order confirmation, but it does not meet your personal expectations, this is considered a preference-based request.
This includes:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Fit or sizing preferences
- Style preferences
- Change of mind
- Differences in material appearance, texture, colour, finish, or overall look that do not affect the normal use of the product
Sizing concerns related to body shape, personal fit preference, or incorrect measurements are not considered product defects.
Material preferences or expectations regarding colour, texture, fabric feel, leather finish, denim wash, or appearance are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
If available, exchange or store credit options may be offered after review. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Variations
Our products may have possible variations due to materials, production processes, and photography.
This includes:
- Colour and texture variations
- Denim wash differences
- Leather grain and finish differences
- Minor production details
- Minor differences between product photos and received items
- Hardware or construction details that may vary between production batches
- Packaging differences from manufacturing partners
These variations are not considered defects unless they affect the normal use of the product.
Return Conditions
Returns must be approved before sending any item.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In original condition
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items returned without approval or showing signs of use may not be accepted.
Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions are only issued after review and approval by Driftwood Atelier.
