Cancel My Order – Order Cancellation Policy

At Driftwood Atelier, we begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, cancellations are only accepted under the following conditions:

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order by emailing us at storeinfo3493@gmail.com within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Please include your order number to help us locate your order quickly.

After 30 Minutes

Once 30 minutes have passed, your order will be processing and can no longer be canceled.
If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may return it according to our Refund & Returns Policy after delivery.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized jewelry orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately.
